Your username is the email address we have on file at FAME. If you are able to login, but are unable to open a request for assistance, please call FAME Support at 1-800-327-5772 so we can update your contact information in our system.

    I sent an email to you with the current username we have on file.

    Please call 1-800-327-5772 option 5 if you are still unable to login and a Customer Service Rep will be happy to assist.
