We appreciate our customers, and we strive to make sure it is as easy as possible to contact us with any questions or issues that you may have. To contact support, there are three ways to reach us:
- Opening a ticket
- Live Chat
- Call
We recommend that you contact support by opening a ticket. To open a ticket, click the Submit a Request link at the top of any page in the Help Center. When you log in to the Help Center, you are able to see the status of all your past and current tickets. We strive to answer all requests by 8 business hours, and the majority of cases are answered within five business hours. 66% of cases are solved within 24 hours, and 88% of cases are resolved within a week. We added several people to our team, enabling us to answer your questions much sooner and drastically decrease our backlog. We are also proud to announce that our customer satisfaction rating is 99.2%!
You can also open a live chat, which can be found in the bottom right corner of the FAME Help Center. This will immediately put you in contact with a FAME employee. It is recommended that you use this option when you need a quick response. More than 80% of calls and chats are answered right away. Please keep in mind that not everything can be solved via live chat. If this arises, we will open a support ticket or schedule a call.
Lastly, you may call FAME Support at 1-800-327-5772. If we are experiencing a higher-than-average call volume, you may leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
All cases, whether made by ticket, chat, or call, will be answered by close of business on Fridays.
