Upgrading Phone Communications

In our ongoing mission to improve service to our clients, we are upgrading our phone communications and will be changing carriers and updating our system beginning Friday, February 5th, at 3:PM Eastern time. Clients needing assistance during that time are asked to contact our support team by creating a ticket on the Client Solution Center.

We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that the system will be up and running by normal business hours on Monday, February 8th.
