Award Letter Non TIV enhancement request

I have a number of students who do not receive TIV funds , however they do receive from other funding sources- Private Grants, Veterans Benefits etc. 

I would like to request an option to run an award letter and have the system create logs for non title IV aid when there is no ISIR on file. At this point I only have the option to manually create the award log in FREEDOM in the Financial Aid tab.
